制造业转型升级使得机械领域新工科人才需求愈发迫切.针对当前机械原理课程教学中存在的问题,该文围绕"产教双向赋能,德能交互涵养"视域下机械原理课程建设展开深入探讨.详细阐述产教双向赋能、德能交互涵养的丰富内涵,并提出机械原理课程建设策略,具体包括探索产教多维度深度耦合,推动教育链与产业链有机融合;着重强调德能交互,筑牢课程思政教育阵地;从重构课程理念、优化课程目标、扩充教学资源、构建阶梯实践体系、项目驱动能力培养和实施多元评价等方面深化教学改革.旨在解决人才链与产业链不匹配的难题,为地方高校机械类基础课程建设提供示范性引领.
The transformation and enhancement of the manufacturing sector have resulted in a pressing need for new engineering professionals within the machinery domain.This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the development of Mechanical Principles course,emphasizing the concept of"mutual empowerment between industry and education,as well as the interplay of moral and technical cultivation."The study elaborates on the profound implications of this mutual empowerment between industry and education,as well as the interplay of moral and technical cultivation.The paper also proposes strategies for the construction of Mechanical Principles course.These strategies cover the exploration of multi-dimensional deep integration between industry and education,the promotion of an organic relationship between the educational and industrial sectors,the emphasis on the synergy of moral and technical cultivation to enhance ideological education within the curriculum,and the advancement of teaching reforms through various approaches.These approaches for deepening teaching reform include the reconstruction of course concepts,optimization of course objectives,expansion of teaching resources,establishment of a tiered practical system,cultivation of project-driven competencies,and implementation of diverse assessment methods.The overarching goal is to rectify the discrepancies between the talent chain and the industry chain,thereby providing a model for the development of foundational courses in mechanical engineering at regional universities.
