光电信息科学与工程专业产教融合协同育人机制研究OA

光电信息科学与工程专业在培养国家战略亟需的高素质光电信息类工程技术人才方面具有重要作用.结合该专业的实践性和应用性特点,该文分析其在产教融合方面所面临的挑战;基于产教融合协同育人培养模式理念下,南京信息工程大学光电信息科学与工程专业建设的成功经验,从专业建设、校企协同机制和资源共享三个方面阐述提升专业教育质量和促进科技创新的改革举措,构建适应光电信息产业发展的"科产教一体化"协同育人机制.这将有助于促进专业教育与产业需求的紧密结合,为培养高素质光电信息类技术人才和推动产业发展作出贡献.

The major of Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering plays an important role in cultivating high-quality optoelectronic information engineering and technical talents urgently needed by the national strategy.Based on the practical and applied characteristics of this major,this paper analyzes the challenges it faces in the integration of industry and education.Based on the successful experience of the construction of the Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering major at Nanjing University of Information Technology,we elaborate on the reform measures to improve the quality of professional education and promote technological innovation from three aspects:professional construction,school-enterprise collaboration mechanism,and resource sharing,and establish a collaborative education mechanism that integrates science,industry,and education to adapt to the development of the optoelectronic information industry.This will help promote the close integration of professional education and industry demand,and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talent in optoelectronic information technology and the promotion of industrial development.
