粤港澳大湾区作为国家的经济发展焦点,高等教育的战略地位日益凸显.同时,受疫情影响,资源共建共享成为实现可持续发展战略的有效途径之一.该文聚焦于粤港澳大湾区,针对高校快速发展时期对于教研资源需求紧迫性的问题,探究跨校情形下资源共建共享的必要性与可能实现路径.通过结合物联网、区块链、人工智能和云计算等新技术,设计出实现硬软资源及人员的高效、安全和可持续共建共享系统.该系统相较于传统模式在提高资源使用效率、促进高校间合作和推动教育创新方面都显示出明显优势.为粤港澳大湾区教研资源共建共享提供新途径,为促进区域高等教育发展提供新思路、新视角.

The strategic importance of higher education has been increasingly accentuated in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,a critical nexus for national economic development.Simultaneously,impacted by the pandemic,the co-construction and sharing of resources have emerged as one of the effective approaches to realize sustainable development strategies.This paper concentrates on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,to address the pressing need for teaching and research resources during the rapid development phase of universities,and to explore the necessity and possible implementation paths for resource co-construction and sharing across institutions.By integrating novel technologies such as the Internet of Things,BlockChain,Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing,a system has been designed to achieve efficient,secure,and sustainable co-construction and sharing of both tangible and intangible resources as well as personnel.Compared to traditional systems,the proposed system has significant advantages in enhancing resource utilization efficiency,promoting inter-university cooperation and driving educational innovation.It provides a new avenue for the co-construction and sharing of teaching and research resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,offering new ideas and perspectives to facilitate the development of regional higher education.
