宇航类卓工校企联合培养模式探索OA

针对当前卓越工程师培养中难以形成以人才培养为目标的利益双赢共同体的现状,从校企双主体体制建设和产教融合全新培养要素两个方面论述宇航类卓工培养体系的构建思路,包括企业主体的选取、管理机构建设、依托项目的双主导培养、培养方案制定、导师队伍建设和宇航特色专业课程体系构建等内容.探讨创新人才的评价体系,包括企业专家评价、项目实践过程跟踪、多维度评价制度的制定、调整优化和鼓励创新等几个层面,为不断提升研究生培养质量以适应国家对高层次人才的需求提供参考.

In response to the current situation where it is difficult to form a win-win community with talent cultivation as the goal in the cultivation of outstanding engineers,the construction ideas of the aerospace engineering talent cultivation system are discussed in this paper from two aspects:the construction of the school enterprise dual subject system and the integration of industry and education,including the selection of the enterprise subject,the construction of management institutions,the dual leading cultivation based on projects,the formulation of training plans,the construction of the mentor team,and the construction of the aerospace characteristic professional curriculum system.The evaluation system for innovative talents is explored,including enterprise expert evaluation,project practice process tracking,development of multi-dimensional evaluation systems,adjustment and optimization,and encourage innovation.Reference is provided for continuously improving the quality of graduate education to meet the country's demand for high-level talents.
