建立了超声提取-QuEChERS净化结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定沉积物中54种药品与个人护理品(PPCPs)的分析方法.样品中加入Na2EDTA-McIlvaine缓冲液、0.5%甲酸乙腈溶液,经涡旋、超声、离心后,上清液通过无水MgSO4、PSA、C18和GCB组合材料进行净化.以甲醇和0.1%甲酸的5 mmol/L甲酸铵溶液为流动相,经ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(100mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)分离,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下采集质谱数据,内标法定量.结果表明,54种PPCPs在各自质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)为0.997 9~0.999 9,检出限和定量下限分别为0.024~0.787 μg/kg和 0.094~3.145 μg/kg,2.0、5.0、10 μg/kg 3个加标水平下的回收率为74.5%~114%,相对标准偏差为2.7%~12%.将该方法应用于典型河流与近岸海域沉积物的测定,共检出4种PPCPs,含量为0.058~0.127 μg/kg.该方法可避免使用大量溶剂,前处理过程简单,灵敏度高、准确度好且稳定可靠,适用于沉积物中PPCPs的分析.

A method was established for the determination of 54 pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs)in sediments by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spec-trometry(UPLC-MS/MS)coupled with ultrasonic extraction and QuEChERS purification.Samples were treated with Na2EDTA-McIlvaine buffer and acetonitrile containing 0.5%formic acid.Followed by vortex mixing,ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation,the supernatant was purified by a sorbent mixture of anhydrous magnesium sulfate,N-propylethylenediamine(PSA),octadecyl bonded silica gel(C18)and graphitized carbon black(GCB).Chromatographic separation was achieved on an AC-QUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)with a mobile phase consisting of metha-nol and 5 mmol/L ammonium formate containing 0.1%formic acid.Mass spectrometric detection was performed in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,with quantification using the internal stan-dard method.The results showed that 54 PPCPs had good linear relationships within their respective mass concentration ranges,with correlation coefficients(r)ranging from 0.997 9 to 0.999 9.The limits of detection(LODs)and limits of quantification(LOQs)ranged from 0.024 to 0.787 μg/kg and 0.094 to 3.145 μg/kg,respectively.Recoveries of the 54 PPCPs at 2.0,5.0,and 10 μg/kg spiked levels were in the range of 74.5%-114%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)for par-allel groups were in the range of 2.7%-12%.11 samples of riverine and coastal sediments were ana-lyzed using the established method and 4 PPCPs were detected with the contents ranged from 0.058 to 0.127 μg/kg.The method is simple,solvent-saving,sensitive,accurate and stable.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of PPCPs in sediment.
