在生物分子识别、疾病标志物检测、药物代谢分析等方面,表面增强拉曼光谱(surface-en-hanced Raman spectroscopy,SERS)技术具有显著优势与潜在价值.系统介绍了SERS传感器在复杂生物医学场景中的应用研究,梳理了复杂生物介质的高性能SERS传感器的设计策略和不同维度SERS基底材料的设计、性能及其在生物标志物超灵敏检测中的应用,总结了面向实际临床样本的SERS传感策略所取得的突破,探讨了实现更高特异性与生物相容性的可行路径,为下一代生物医学分析技术的发展提供了明确方向.
Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology demonstrates significant advantages and considerable potential in applications such as biomolecular recognition,disease biomarker detection,and drug metabolism analysis.This review systematically elaborates on the application of SERS sensors in complex biomedical scenarios.It examines design strategies for high-performance SERS sensors tailored for complex biological media,including the design and properties of SERS substrates of various dimensions,as well as their application in the ultrasensitive detection of biomarkers.Furthermore,this review summarizes breakthroughs in SERS sensing strategies for practical clinical samples,explores feasible approaches to achieving higher specificity and biocom-patibility,and outlines future directions for the development of next-generation biomedical analysis technologies.
