Research on construction control of long-span prestressed continuous girders casting for Wanggangdong River Extra-large Bridge
预应力连续梁的设计和施工是密不可分的,施工方法、立模标高和预应力张拉等因素直接决定了最终桥梁的形状和内力分布,实际施工中常常会出现与设计假定存在差异的情况.本文通过施工控制与监测,采用Midas/Civil有限元软件构建模拟分析模型,关注施工过程中的关键阶段,并通过全流程连续梁施工监控数据实时调整施工步骤和控制条件,以避免施工误差的累积.文中通过对比理论计算与实测数据值,挠度、标高和应力均满足设计文件要求,确保了最终成桥的线形和结构安全性.此次研究为连续梁桥的施工控制研究提供了参考和指导.
The design and construction of prestressed continuous girders are closely interrelated.Factors such as construction methods,formwork elevation,and prestressing operations directly determine the final bridge geometry and internal force distribution.In practical construction,deviations from design assumptions often occur.In this study,construction control and monitoring were carried out,and a simulation analysis model was established using Midas/Civil finite element software.Key stages of the construction process were emphasized,and construction procedures and control parameters were adjusted in real time based on full-cycle monitoring data of the continuous girder construction,so as to avoid the accumulation of construction errors.By comparing theoretical calcula tion results with measured data,it was verified that deflection,elevation,and stress all meet the requirements specified in the design docu ments,ensuring the final bridge alignment and structural safety.This study provides reference and guidance for construction control of con tinuous girder bridges.
