Optimization analysis of bidding design scheme for the Caculo Cabaça hydropower Project in Angola

EPC项目竞标中,设计方案对投标成本和工期的影响较大.本文以安哥拉卡古路卡巴萨水电站EPC项目实际投标为背景,在深入分析初步设计方案的基础上,总结了投标中对业主基本设计方案进行优化从而实现有效降低施工成本、缩短工期的途径.此次研究分析,可供国际企业EPC项目境外投标参考和借鉴.

In EPC project bidding,the design scheme has a significant impact on both bid cost and project duration.Based on the actual bidding practice of the Caculo Cabaça Hydropower Project in Angola,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of its preliminary design scheme and summarizes approaches for optimizing the employer's basic design during the bidding stage,thereby effectively reducing construction costs,and shortening the construction period.The findings of this study can provide reference and guidance for international enterprises participating in overseas EPC project bidding.
