Study on the Perception of Tourism Image of the Historical and Cultural Neighborhoods Based on Network Texts:A Case of Laomendong in Nanjing

近年来,旅游目的地意象概念范畴的关注重点逐渐从单一的物质空间信息转向旅游目的地的自我意识和游客个体心理的前置因素之间的双向耦合.本研究选取南京老门东为案例地,基于网络游记文本资料,采用程序式扎根理论的质性方法,从游客感知视角对老门东的旅游目的地意象进行探索,由此建构游客感知下的老门东旅游目的地意象、各维度关系模型和故事线.研究结果显示:游客对旅游目的地意象的再建构依次经历了游前与游时的想象、选择性的实践认知和参与,以及发自宏观整体的旅游感怀三个阶段.据此,本研究聚焦历史文化街区地方感营造,针对老门东旅游空间优化与提升提出了建议.

In recent years,the focus on the conceptual category of tourism destination image has gradually shifted from single material spatial information to a two-way coupling between the destination's self-consciousness and the antecedent factors of the individual tourist's psychology.In this paper,Nanjing Laomendong is selected as a case for study,and based on the textual information of online travelogues,the qualitative method of procedural rooting theory is adopted to explore the tourism destination image of Laomendong from the perspective of tourists'perceptions,and thus constructing the image,relationship model of the dimensions and story line of Laomendong as perceived by the tourists.The results of the study show that tourists'reconstruction of tourism destination image goes through three stages:pre-trip and trip imagery,selective practical cognition and participation,and macro-overall tourism sentiment.Accordingly,the author focuses on the creation of a sense of place in historical and cultural districts,and puts forward suggestions for the optimization and enhancement of the tourism space in Laomendong.
