城中村即方法:正义之城的韧性共生空间设计路径建构OA
Village-in-the-City as Method:Constructing Resilient and Coexistent Urban Spaces for Justice
随着城市化进程的加速,城中村长期被视为"待治理"的边缘空间,清拆与规划的主流叙事掩盖了其承载的不公平性:土地资源、社会保障、基础设施与公共服务的缺失,使其处于制度边缘.然而,传统视角忽视了城中村独特的社会网络、空间生成逻辑与韧性能力.文章提出"城中村即方法",从边缘视角重新审视其设计潜能,将城中村作为城市治理与设计学的活性实验场.首先从正义视角出发,分析城中村的不公平现状及其社会结构、空间逻辑与文化价值,明确在制度保障有限、规划缺位的条件下,城中村如何通过韧性机制及微观协商实现空间与社会的自组织.在此基础上,提出"韧性共生空间设计路径建构"的方法框架,强调城中村与城市的互补性,并总结可操作策略,即"微更新—渐进再生—系统转化",实现学术研究与社会实践的双重价值.
With the acceleration of urbanization,urban villages have long been regarded as the marginal spaces"waiting to be governed".The mainstream narrative of demolition and planning conceals the unfairness they carry:the lack of land resources,social security,infrastructure,and public services puts them on the edge of the system.However,the traditional perspectives overlook the unique social network,spatial generation logic,and resilience capacity of urban villages.This paper proposes the concept of"urban villages as methods"and re-examines their design potential from a peripheral perspective,and takes urban villages as an active experimental field for urban governance and design studies.The paper first starts from the perspective of justice,analyzes the unfair status quo,social structure,spatial logic,and cultural value of urban villages,and clarifies how urban villages can achieve self-organization of space and society through resilience mechanisms and micro negotiation under the conditions of limited institutional guarantees and lack of planning.On this basis,a methodological framework for constructing a resilient symbiotic space design path is proposed,emphasizing the complementarity between urban villages and cities,and forming an operational strategy of"micro renewal-gradual regeneration-system transformation"to achieve the dual value of academic research and social practice.
