在检修线路时,为了迅速排查出故障用电器的种类,识别故障线路的用电类型并测量电特征参数,采用STC12 单片机设计了一种简易功率计来实现功能.通过交直流电压电流采样电路、程控放大器和信号调理电路,可自动识别线路的用电类型、阻抗性质并测量电特征参数.运用傅里叶变换的电流频域分析得到用电器的电流各次谐波幅值和相位,可识别用电器的种类,判断用电器是否发生故障.可记录用电器的电特征参数,完成学习功能.经测试,本作品测量准确、成本低,各项指标均符合设计要求.

When overhauling circuits,in order to rapidly identify the type of faulty electrical appliances,determine the power consumption types of the affected circuit,and measure electrical parameters,a simple power meter was designed using the STC12 microcontroller.Through AC/DC voltage and current sampling circuits,programmable amplifiers,and signal conditioning circuits,it can automatically identify the circuit's power consumption type and impedance characteristics while measuring electrical parameters.By applying Fourier transform-based current frequency domain analysis,the amplitude and phase of each harmonic component in the electrical appliance's current are obtained.This enables identification of the appliance type and determination of whether a fault has occurred.It can record the electrical characteristic parameters of appliances to complete a learning function.Testing confirms this device delivers accurate measurements at low cost,with all performance metrics meeting design specifications.
