橙精油微胶囊的制备及其在功能性聚酯纤维中的应用OA
Preparation of Orange Essential Oil Microcapsules and Their Applications in Functional Polyester Fibers
随着健康和环保需求的不断增加,功能性纤维在多个领域的应用逐渐受到关注.作为一种天然植物提取物,橙精油因其抑菌、抗氧化等功能,具有用于开发功能性纤维的潜力.然而,橙精油在纤维制备过程中的高挥发性和不稳定性成为其应用的一大挑战.为解决这一问题,本研究采用界面聚合方法成功制备了橙精油微胶囊,并将其引入聚酯纤维的熔融纺丝过程中,制备出含有橙精油微胶囊的改性聚酯纤维.研究结果表明,所制备的改性聚酯纤维具有优异的抑菌和抗氧化功能.该研究为功能性聚酯纤维的开发提供了新的技术思路和理论依据.
With the increasing demand for health and environmental protection,the applications of functional fibers in a number of fields are gradually gaining attention.As a natural plant extract,orange essential oil has the potential to be used in the development of functional fibers due to its antibacterial and antioxidant properties.However,the high volatility and instability of orange essential oil during fiber preparation process have become a major challenge for its application.To solve this problem,in this study,orange essential oil microcapsules were successfully prepared by interfacial polymerization and introduced into the melt spinning process of polyester fi-bers to prepare modified polyester fibers containing orange essential oil microcapsules.The results showed that the prepared modified polyester fibers had excellent antibacterial and antioxidant functions.This study provided new technical ideas and theoretical basis for the development of functional polyester fibers.
