为了研究新型常压分散可染聚脂/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇脂(Novel Easily Dispersed Dyeable Polyester/Polybutylene Terephthalate,简称NEDDP/PBT)并列复合长丝与氨纶的弹性与耐久性对比,采用XN-1A氨纶强伸度弹性测试仪测试NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝与氨纶的弹性与耐久性.氨纶与NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝循环拉伸弹性与弹性耐久性对比测试与分析:基于预实验结果,发现两种纤维选取同一定伸长并不合理,因此选取两种纤维各自断裂伸长率的 30%和50%作为定伸长,对比分析了氨纶与NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝在循环拉伸中的弹性与弹性耐久性.结果表明,氨纶的弹性回复率更大,NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝的塑性变形率更小.随着定伸长和循环次数的增加,两种纤维的弹性回复率均呈现下降趋势,塑性变形率则逐渐上升.通过滞后环分析发现,两种纤维均属于不完全弹性体,但NEDDP/PBT并列复合长丝在循环拉伸中表现出更优异的弹性耐久性.

To compare the elasticity and durability of NEDDP/PBT juxtaposed composite filaments with spandex,an XN-1A spandex elasticity tester was employed.Based on the preliminary experimental results,it was found that it was unreasonable to select the same specified elongation for both fibers.Therefore,two fibers with each 30%and 50%of elongation at break as specified elongations were adopted,and the elasticity and elas-tic durability of spandex and NEDP/PBT juxtaposed composite filaments in cyclic stretching were compared and analyzed.The results showed that spandex exhibited higher elastic recovery rates while NEDDP/PBT juxtaposed composite filaments showed lower plastic deformation rates.With increasing specified elongation and cycle num-bers,both fibers displayed declining elastic recovery rates and rising plastic deformation rates.Hysteresis loop a-nalysis confirmed that both were incomplete elastic bodies,but NEDDP/PBT juxtaposed composite filaments demonstrated superior elastic durability during cyclic stretching.
