Research on the Influence of Organic Ligands on the Adsorption Performance of Cu-MOFs Loaded Cotton Fabrics

为了提高棉织物对有机污染物的吸附性能,以均苯三甲酸(H3 BTC)、对苯二甲酸(H2BDC)、2-氨基-对苯二甲酸(BDC-NH2)为有机配体,五水合硫酸铜为金属盐,采用层层自组装法制备了一系列负载铜基单配体、双配体和三配体的Cu-MOFs/棉复合材料.以亚甲基蓝为吸附脱色对象,确定了 Cu-MOFs/棉复合材料的最佳制备工艺.结果表明,当三种有机配体H3 BTC、H2 BDC和BDC-NH2 的摩尔比为1∶1∶1时,制得的三配体复合材料Cu-(BTC/BDC/BDC-NH2)/棉(记为1-Cu-MOFs/棉)对亚甲基蓝染液的吸附脱色效果最佳.通过SEM、FT-IR、XRD、SBET等表征测试,证明了 1-Cu-MOFs晶体成功负载到棉上,且稳定性良好.8 g/L 的 1-Cu-MOFs/棉对浓度为10 mg/L的亚甲基蓝的吸附脱色率为97.22%.1-Cu-MOFs/棉对初始吸光度相近的活性黑KN-B、活性红3BS和罗丹明B的脱色效果较好,而对活性艳蓝KN-R的脱色效果相对较差.

In order to improve the adsorption performance of cotton fabrics for organic pollutants,1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid(H3 BTC),terephthalic acid(H2 BDC),and 2-amino-terephthalic acid(BDC-NH2)were taken as organic ligands and copper sulfate pentahydrate as metal salta,a series of Cu-MOFs/cotton com-posites loaded with copper-based single ligands,double ligands,and triple ligands were prepared by using layer by layer self-assembly method.The optimal preparation process of Cu-MOFs/cotton composite was determined by taking Methylene Blue as the adsorption decolorization object.The results showed that when the molar ratio of the three organic ligands H3 BTC,H2 BDC and BDC-NH2 was 1∶1∶1,the triple ligand composite Cu-(BTC/BTC/BDC-NH2)/cotton(referred to as 1-Cu MOFs/cotton)had the best adsorption and decolorization effects on Methylene Blue dyeing solution.Characterization tests such as SEM,FT-IR,XRD and SBET confirmed the successful loading of 1-Cu-MOFs crystals onto the cotton with good stability.The adsorption decolorization rate of 8 g/L 1-Cu-MOFs/cotton for 10 mg/L Methylene Blue solution was 97.22%.1-Cu-MOFs/cotton showed good decolorization effects on Reactive Black KN-B,Reactive Red 3BS and Rhodamine B which had similar ini-tial absorbances,but relatively poor decolorization effect on Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R.
