柞蚕丝纤维是一种扁平带状的天然蚕丝蛋白纤维,横截面存在不均匀分布微孔,纵向表面有微细沟槽,该种特征结构使柞蚕丝表现出优良的吸湿导湿特性,在水分管理方面具备应用潜力.选取91/9 柞蚕丝/氨纶平针针织汗布为研究对象,选取纺织品在吸湿、导湿、放湿阶段的多项性能评价指标,结合其表面界面性能进行综合评估,结果表明:柞蚕丝针织汗布的吸水率高达360%,回潮率为8.9%;经向和纬向芯吸高度分别为 4.43 cm和 6.40 cm,表现出各向异性;平均滴水铺展时间为28.2 s,变异系数为 35.6%,受织物表面形貌差异影响较大;水分蒸发速率仅为0.064 1 g/h.虽无法满足速干要求,但具备良好的吸湿导湿特性.

Tussah silk fiber is a type of natural silk protein fiber with a flat ribbon-like structure.It has une-venly distributed micropores in its cross-section and micro-grooves on its longitudinal surface.This characteristic structure endows tussah silk with excellent moisture absorption and wicking properties,giving it application poten-tial in moisture management.In this paper,91/9 tussah silk/spandex knitted single jersey was taken as the re-search object.Multiple performance indicators during the moisture absorption,wicking,and moisture release sta-ges of textiles were selected and combined with the interface properties of the fabric surface to conduct compre-hensive evaluation.The results showed that the moisture absorption rate of the tussah silk knitted single jersey reached up to 360%,and its moisture regain was 8.9%;the wicking heights in the warp and weft directions were 4.43 cm and 6.40 cm,respectively,showing anisotropy;the average water drop spreading time was 28.2 s with a coefficient of variation of 35.6%,which was greatly affected by differences in fabric surface morphology;the moisture evaporation rate was only 0.0641 g/h.Although the fabric could not meet the quick-dry requirement,it exhibited good moisture absorption and wicking properties.
