目的:了解前胡在我国的适生地区,掌握影响前胡香豆素类成分积累的生态因子,为前胡药用资源的保护和开发利用提供参考依据.方法:利用MaxEnt软件进行生态适宜性预测分析,产区实地调研并收集样品,比较不同产地样品的香豆素类指标成分,分析药材品质与适宜区划环境因子的相关性,筛选出影响前胡分布及药材品质优劣的主导生态因子.结果:建立的MaxEnt模型训练集样本的AUC值为 0.962,测试集样本的AUC值为 0.919.前胡在我国的适生区主要集中在贵州、湖南西部、湖北西部、陕西南部、重庆东部、浙江中西部、安徽西南部、江西西北部等地,药材综合品质评价的结果表明,云南、湖北、贵州、浙江等地的前胡药材品质佳.影响前胡分布及香豆素类成分含量重要的生态因子是最干燥月份的降水量、最冷月份的最低温度.结论:通过MaxEnt模型与ArcGIS地理信息系统预测的前胡适生区准确可靠,该研究对于前胡的引种栽培以及前胡药材规范化种植科学管理措施的制定具有指导意义.

Objective:To understand the suitable growth areas of Peucedanum praeruptorum in China,to master the ecological fac-tors affecting the accumulation of coumarin components in Peucedanum praeruptorum,so as to provide a reference basis for the protec-tion,development and utilization of medicinal resources of Peucedanum praeruptorum.Methods:Ecological suitability prediction and a-nalysis were conducted using MaxEnt software.Field investigations were carried out in the production areas and samples were collected.The coumarin index components of samples from different production areas were compared.The correlation between the quality of medic-inal materials and the environmental factors of suitable growth areas was analyzed.The dominant ecological factors affecting the distribu-tion of Peucedanum praeruptorum and the quality of medicinal materials were screened out.Result:The AUC value of the MaxEnt model training set samples was 0.962,and the AUC value of the test set samples was 0.919.The suitable habitats for Peucedanum praerupto-rum in China were mainly concentrated in Guizhou,western Hunan,western Hubei,southern Shanxi,eastern Chongqing,central and western Zhejiang,southwestern Anhui,northwestern Jiangxi,etc.The comprehensive quality evaluation results of medicinal materials showed that the quality of Peucedanum praeruptorum medicinal materials in Yunnan,Hubei,Guizhou,Zhejiang and other places were ex-cellent.The most important ecological factors affecting the distribution of Peucedanum praeruptorum and the contents of coumarin com-ponents were the precipitation in the driest month and the lowest temperature in the coldest month.Conclusion:The suitable growth areas predicted by the MaxEnt model and the ArcGIS geographic information system for Peucedanum praeruptorum are accurate and reliable.This study has guiding significance for the introduction and cultivation of Peucedanum praeruptorum and the formulation of scientific management measures for the standardized planting of Peucedanum praeruptorum medicinal materials.
