职业教育深化产教融合扎实推动共同富裕:关键、逻辑与策略OA
Vocational Education Deepening Industry-education Integration to Solidly Promote Common Prosperity:Key Requirements,Theoretical Logic and Practical Strategies
在中国式现代化持续推进的背景下,共同富裕能否由政策目标转化为现实进展,关键取决于产业升级、就业结构与技能形成机制的协同水平.职业教育深化产教融合作为连接产业体系与劳动力供给的制度性安排,在"做大蛋糕"与"分好蛋糕"之间发挥着不可替代的中介功能.脱离产业运行逻辑与高质量技能供给的"扩中—提低"路径,难以形成稳固且可持续的共同富裕基础.深化产教融合,职业教育通过提升技能供给质量、改善就业结构并增强社会与国家竞争力,为共同富裕提供了现实可行的实现支点.为此,应推动职业教育与就业一体化;深化课程与教学层面的产教融合;构建稳定且具备动态调节能力的制度保障.
Against the backdrop of the continued advancement of Chinese modernization,whether common prosperity can be transformed from a policy objective into tangible progress depends critically on the degree of coordination among industrial upgrading,employment structures,and skills formation mechanisms.As an institutional arrangement linking industrial systems with labor supply,the deepening of industry-education integration in vocational education plays an irreplaceable mediating role between"enlarging the economic pie"and"distributing it more equitably".Approaches aimed at expanding the middle-income group and uplifting lower-income groups that are detached from industrial dynamics and high-quality skills provision are unlikely to establish a stable and sustainable foundation for common prosperity.Through the deepening of industry-education integration,vocational education enhances the quality of skills supply,improves employment structures,and strengthens social and national competitiveness,thereby providing a feasible foundation for the realization of common prosperity.Its effectiveness relies on three strategic pillars:advancing the integration of vocational education and employment;deepening industry-aligned curriculum and teaching reforms;and establishing a stable institutional support mechanism with dynamic adjustment capacity.
