学生眼中的中等职业教育:怎么样、怎么办?OA

Secondary Vocational Education in the Eyes of Students:How is It and What should Be Done?

如何增强中职教育的社会认同,是我国建设完善的现代职业教育体系必须解决的关键问题.采用自编的《中等职业教育认同度调研问卷》,从整体认知、学校认同、学习认同、资源认同、专业认同五个维度对全国17274名中职学生进行问卷调研,结果发现:2/3的学生认同中职教育发展,70%以上的学生认识到了中职教育发展的价值和意义;学生对于教学设施、师资、技能竞赛等体现职业教育类型特征的要素认同度有待提高;专业学习和继续升学已经成为中职生的核心发展诉求.面向"十五五",我国应从建设完善的现代职业教育体系的角度,把中等职业教育作为培养大国工匠、能工巧匠、高技能人才的重要基础,增强全社会对于中职教育的价值认同;在坚守类型特征的基础上,为学生提供多元畅通的继续教育路径,满足学生继续升学的需求;加强中等职业学校教学基本要素建设,锤炼中职学校关键办学能力,实现中职学校特色化、高质量发展,增强学生对中职教育的专业、资源和学习认同.

How to enhance the social identity of secondary vocational education is a key issue that must be addressed in building a sound modern vocational education system in China.Using a self-designed"Secondary Vocational Education Identity Survey Questionnaire",a questionnaire survey was conducted among 17274 secondary vocational students across dimensions such as overall perception,school identity,learning identity,resource identity,and specialty identity.The results revealed:two-thirds of students support the development of secondary vocational education,with over 70%recognizing its value and significance;however,students'identity of elements reflecting the vocational education type,such as teaching facilities,faculty,and skills competitions,remains insufficient;and specialty development and further education have become core developmental aspirations for secondary vocational students.Facing the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,China should,from the perspective of constructing a sound modern vocational education system,regard secondary vocational education as a crucial foundation for cultivating skilled craftsmen,artisans and high-skilled talents,thereby strengthening social value identity of secondary vocational education;diverse and smooth pathways for continuing education should be provided to meet and enhance students'institutional identity of further education and growth on the basis of adhering the type characteristics of vocational education;efforts should be made to strengthen the fundamental elements of secondary vocational school teaching,refine key operational capabilities of these schools,achieve distinctive and high-quality development of secondary vocational schools,and improve students'identity of secondary vocational education resources and learning.
