Research Progress on Halophyte Forage Development and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production

当前,畜禽养殖不仅是我国重要的发展领域,也是农牧民提高经济收入的主要来源,随着养殖规模的扩大,现有常规粗饲料资源难以满足养殖需求.因此,开发营养价值高、产量大、价格低的植物来替代传统的粗饲料对畜禽养殖至关重要.盐生植物是盐碱地区分布广、营养丰富的一类植物,在饲料资源缺乏的沿海地区和沙漠地区可用来饲喂动物.本文综述了盐生植物的类型、营养价值及其在畜禽养殖中的应用,旨在为盐生植物饲料化开发利用及在畜牧养殖中的应用提供理论参考.

At present,livestock and poultry breeding is not only an important development field in China,but also the main source for farmers and herdsmen to improve their economy.With the expansion of breeding scale,the existing conventional roughage resources are difficult to meet the breeding needs.Therefore,the development of plants with high nutritional value,high yield and low price to replace traditional roughage is very important for livestock and poultry breeding.Halophytes are a kind of plant with wide distribution and rich nutrition in saline-alkali areas.They can be used to feed animals in coastal areas and desert areas where feed resources are lacking.This paper reviews the types,nutritional value and application of halophytes in livestock and poultry breeding,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the development and utilization of halophytes as feed and its application in animal husbandry.
