饲粮中营养物质的消化率是评定饲料营养价值的基础.测定营养物质消化率对优化饲料配方和评定饲料营养价值具有重要意义.消化率测定方法有全收粪法和指示剂法,常用的外源指示剂为三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)和二氧化钛(TiO2);常用的内源指示剂有盐酸不溶灰分(AIA)、酸不溶木质素(ADL)和双指示剂(ADL+AIA).指示剂法可以减少全收粪法的工作强度,并且可用于生产条件下群体动物的消化率测定,减少对动物的应激,而且可以弥补全收粪法放牧时无法使用的弊端.本文综合分析了指示剂法在舍饲畜禽和放牧家畜中的应用效果,旨在为实际生产中更精准地测定饲粮中营养物质的消化率提供理论支持和指导.

The digestibility of nutrients in feed is the foundation for evaluating the nutritional value of feed.Determining the digestibility of nutrients is crucial for optimizing feed formulas and evaluating the nutritional value of feed.There are two main methods for determining digestibility:the total fecal collection method and the indicator method.Commonly used external indicators are chromium oxide(Cr2O3)and titanium dioxide(TiO2);commonly used internal indicators include acid-insoluble ash(AIA),acid-detergent lignin(ADL),and dual indicators(ADL+AIA).The indicator method can reduce the workload of the total fecal collection method and can be used for digestibility determination in group animals under production conditions,reducing stress on animals and overcoming the disadvantage of the total fecal collection method being unusable during grazing.This article comprehensively reviews the application effects of the indicator method in housed poultry and grazing livestock,aiming to provide theoretical support and guidance for more accurately determining the digestibility of nutrients in feed in actual production.
