家畜产后子宫复旧的生理机制及调控策略OA
Physiological Mechanisms and Regulatory Strategies of Postpartum Uterine Involution in Livestock
母畜分娩后,子宫通过退化期与再生期 2 个交叠的生理阶段,逐步恢复到妊娠前的状态和功能,这一过程称为子宫复旧.子宫复旧的核心调控机制包括激素动态平衡(雌激素与孕酮的比值变化驱动子宫肌层收缩与内膜修复)、细胞再生体系(子宫内膜干细胞分化参与组织重塑,并受凝血-免疫网络调控)和表观遗传调控(非编码RNA靶向基因影响相关通路).目前,生产与临床实践常采用营养干预、外源激素和干细胞治疗 3 类策略促进产后子宫复旧.本文综述了产后子宫复旧过程、调控机制和干预措施,评估了现有研究的不足之处,并指出未来研究的方向和重点,以期为优化产后生殖管理提供理论依据,推动产后子宫复原领域相关研究进一步发展.
After parturition,the uterus undergoes two overlapping physiological stages,the involution phase and the regeneration phase,to gradually restore its pre-pregnancy state and function.This process is known as uterine involution.The core regulatory mechanisms of uterine involution include hormonal dynamic balance(changes in the ratio of estrogen to progesterone drive uterine myometrium contraction and endometrial repair),cellular regeneration system(differentiation of uterine endometrial stem cells participates in tissue remodeling and is regulated by the coagulation-immune network),and epigenetic regulation(non-coding RNA targeting genes affect related pathways).Currently,production and clinical practices often adopt three strategies to promote postpartum uterine involution:nutritional intervention,exogenous hormones,and stem cell therapy.This article reviews the process of postpartum uterine involution,its regulatory mechanisms,and intervention measures,evaluates the shortcomings of existing research,and points out the direction and focus of future research,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing postpartum reproductive management and to promote further development in the field of postpartum uterine recovery.
