Research Progress on Coloration Regulation in Red Tilapia(Oreochromis mossambicus×O.niloticus)under Multifactorial Synergistic Effects
红罗非鱼(Oreochromis mossambicus×O.niloticus)具有较高的经济价值和较强的环境适应性,已成为重要的水产养殖品种.红罗非鱼体色是影响其市场价值和消费者偏好的关键特征,特别是当体色出现黑色斑块时,会严重降低产品的市场接受度.因此,深入探究红罗非鱼体色的调控机制对红罗非鱼的育种改进、养殖策略优化具有重要意义.本文综述了遗传、营养摄入、生理激素和环境条件等多因素对红罗非鱼体色的调控作用,为开发新的水产养殖策略、提高红罗非鱼的市场价值、满足消费者需求提供理论参考.
Red tilapia(Oreochromis mossambicus×O.niloticus)has become an important aquaculture species due to its high economic value and strong environmental adaptability.Body coloration of red tilapia is a key characteristic influencing its market value and consumer preference.In particular,the appearance of black patches on its body significantly reduces its market acceptability.Therefore,a deeper understanding of the regulatory mechanisms of red tilapia coloration is of great scientific and economic significance for breeding improvement and the optimization of farming strategies,ultimately enhancing the market value of red tilapia.This paper reviews the effects of various factors such as genetics,nutrient intake,physiological hormones,and environmental conditions on the coloration of red tilapia,which will help in developing new aquaculture strategies to increase the market value of red tilapia and meet consumer demands.
