垂直耕作下的圆盘开沟器作业性能测试与分析OA
Performance testing and analysis of different disc openers for vertical tillage
垂直耕作是保护性耕作中的一种先进作业方式,然而国内关于垂直耕作工具作业性能测试与分析的研究较少,尤其缺乏稻麦轮作区垂直耕作工具性能评价的详细试验数据.利用田间原位耕作试验台对3种典型垂直耕作工具(平面圆盘开沟器、波纹圆盘开沟器和缺口圆盘开沟器)在稻茬田进行耕作性能田间试验,并测试分析3种圆盘开沟器在不同耕作深度下(70mm、100mm和130mm)的耕作阻力、秸秆切割效率、土壤扰动宽度和土壤切割深度.结果表明,耕作工具的几何形状和耕作深度对耕作性能有着显著影响.在3种圆盘开沟器中,缺口圆盘的牵引阻力和垂直阻力更小,秸秆切割效率最高;波纹圆盘的耕作阻力稍大一些,但其土壤扰动宽度最大,且秸秆切割效率与缺口圆盘较为接近;3种圆盘开沟器的耕作阻力、秸秆切割效率和土壤切割深度均随耕作深度的增加而增大;当耕作深度从70mm增加到130mm时,波纹圆盘的牵引阻力、垂直阻力、秸秆切割效率和土壤切割深度分别增加294N、385N、11.2%和54.9mm.因此,需根据具体的作业要求选择合适的耕作工具及工作参数.
Vertical tillage is an advanced method of conservation tillage,but there is a lack of research,testing,and analysis in China on the performances of vertical tillage tools.There is especially a lack of detailed experimental data for evaluating the performance of vertical tillage tools in the rice-wheat rotation areas.Therefore,field experiments were conducted on three typical vertical tillage tools(flat disc opener,rippled disc opener,and notched disc opener)in rice stubble fields using an in-situ tillage experimental platform.The tillage resistance,straw cutting efficiency,soil disturbance width,and soil cutting depth of the three disc openers were tested and analyzed at different tillage depths(70mm,100mm,130mm).The results indicated that the geometric shape of tillage tools and tillage depth have a significant impact on tillage performance.Among the three types of disc openers,the notch disc has lower draught resistance and vertical resistance,and the straw cutting efficiency is the highest;The tillage resistance of the rippled disc is slightly higher,but its soil disturbance width is the largest,and the straw cutting efficiency is closer to that of the notched disc.The tillage resistance,straw cutting efficiency,and soil cutting depth of the three types of disc openers all increase with the increase of tillage depth.When the tillage depth increases from 70mm to 130mm,the draught resistance,vertical resistance,straw cutting efficiency,and soil cutting depth of the corrugated disc increase by 294N,385N,11.2%,and 54.9 mm,respectively.Therefore,it is necessary to select appropriate tillage tools and working parameters according to specific job requirements for vertical tillage.
