气力往复式三七排种器设计与仿真试验OA
Design and simulation test of pneumatic reciprocating panax pseudoginseng seed metering device
针对现有的三七育苗播种机整机质量大、搬运不便、拆修复杂等问题,为实现三七机械化育苗播种,设计一种气力往复式三七排种器.该排种器采用负压取种、正压投种的工作原理,通过吸嘴往复运动完成工作.通过对排种器往复频率分析、充种条件计算和种子受力分析,确定排种器关键部件尺寸及工作参数.并借助EDEM软件对取种管直径进行仿真分析,以种群扰动强度为试验指标,得出取种管最佳直径为 16 mm;利用CFD—DEM流固耦合法对取种管伸入量进行分析,并以充种合格率和漏充率为试验指标,最终确定取种管伸入量为 10 mm.为气力往复式三七排种器的结构优化提供一定的理论参考.
Aiming at problems such as large mass,inconvenient handling,and complicated disassembly and repair of the existing seeding device,a pneumatic reciprocating panax pseudoginseng seed metering device was designed.This device is based on the working principle of negative pressure seed extraction and positive pressure seed feeding and completes the work through the reciprocating motion of the suction nozzle.In this paper,through the analysis of the reciprocating frequency analysis of the seed metering device,the calculation of seed filling conditions,and the analysis of seed force,the dimensions and working parameters of the critical components of the seed metering device are determined.With the help of EDEM software to simulate and analyze the diameter of the seed tube,the best diameter of the seed tube was 16 mm with the intensity of population disturbance as the test index,the CFD—DEM fluid-solid coupling method was used to analyze the insertion of the seed tube,and with the qualified rate of seed charging and the leakage rate as the test index,the final determination of the reach of the seed tube was 10 mm,which provides a theoretical reference for the optimization of the structure of the pneumatic reciprocating panax pseudoginseng seed metering device.
