振动挖掘式黄芪收获机设计与试验OA

Design and experiment of the vibration excavated type harvester for Astragalus membranaceus

针对现有中药材收获机挖掘深度不能满足黄芪收获要求,作业阻力大,碎土分离效果较差等问题,设计振动挖掘式黄芪收获机.该收获机主要由振动挖掘装置、茎土分离装置和输送筛选装置组成,通过振动挖掘铲的运动分析确定挖掘铲振动频率和振幅、支撑架尺寸和偏心轮的参数;通过分析茎土混合物的受力,设计振动筛的振动频率和筛面有效长度.开展田间试验验证收获样机的作业性能,结果表明:收获样机的平均挖掘深度为 409 mm,黄芪根茎平均伤损率为2.51%,平均挖净率为 97.5%,破碎后土块最大径尺寸为 17 mm.试验过程样机运行平稳,可实现黄芪等较长根茎类中药材挖掘、茎土混合物分离收获.为中药材收获机的设计提供一定参考.

In view of the problems such as insufficient excavation depth of existing traditional Chinese medicine harvesters to meet the requirements of Astragalus membranaceus harvesting,high operational resistance and poor separation effect of broken soil,a vibration excavation type Astragalus membranaceus harvester is designed.The prototype mainly consists of a vibration excavation device,a stem soil separation device,and a conveying and screening device.According to the motion analysis of the vibration excavator shovel,the vibration frequency and amplitude of the excavator shovel,the size of the support frame,and the parameters of the eccentric wheel were determined.By analyzing the stress of the stem soil mixture,the vibration frequency and effective length of the screen surface of the vibrating screen was designed.A filed experiments was conducted to verify the operational performance of harvesting prototypes.The results showed that the average excavation depth of the harvested prototype was 409 mm,the average damage rate of Astragalus membranaceus root and stem was 2.51%,the average excavation rate was 97.5%,and the maximum diameter size of the broken soil block was 17 mm.The prototype runs smoothly during the experimental process,and can achieve the excavation of longer rooted Chinese medicinal materials such as Astragalus membranaceus,as well as the separation and harvesting of stem soil mixtures.The study can provide some reference for the design of Chinese medicine harvester.
