棉田残膜回收机研究进展与展望OA

Research progress and prospects of cotton field residue film recycling machines

地膜覆盖技术的使用可有效提升棉花产量,但棉田残留的地膜会破坏土壤结构、降低土壤肥力,不利于棉田的可持续发展.当前治理残膜污染的方法有采用降解地膜、人工回收及机械化回收等,机械化回收是当前治理残膜污染最为有效的回收方式,使用残膜回收机成为治理残膜污染的重要手段.根据残膜捡拾装置结构类型及原理,对齿链式、伸缩杆齿式、旋耕钉齿式、弹齿式、滚筒式和转筒式等适用于棉花的残膜回收机的技术原理进行梳理总结.未来应从智能化、全面收膜性能、膜杂分离率和缠绕率等方面提升残膜回收机性能.

The application of plastic soil-film covering technology can effectively increase cotton yield,but the residual plastic film in cotton fields can damage soil structure,reduce soil fertility,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of cotton fields.The current methods for treating residual film pollution include degradation of plastic film,manual recycling,and mechanical recycling.Mechanized recycling is currently the most effective way to treat residual film pollution,and residual film recycling machines have become an important means of treating residual film pollution.Based on the structural types and principles of the residual film collection devices,the technical principles of various residual film recovery machines suitable for cotton,such as the tooth chain type,the telescopic rod tooth type,the rotary tiller tooth type,the spring tooth type,the drum type and the rotating drum type,are summarized and reviewed.In the future,the performance of residual film recovery machines should be improved in terms of intelligence,comprehensive film collection performance,separation rate of film debris and winding rate.
