SWOT analysis and strategy research of intelligent animal husbandry
在我国现代化发展的背景下,畜牧业作为农业农村经济的重要支柱,其智能化转型显得尤为关键.运用文献调研法,综述智能畜牧技术的应用现状和影响,通过SWOT分析模型,系统分析畜牧业智能化的内外部因素,全面探讨畜牧业智能化的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并构建畜牧业智能化SWOT分析矩阵,从优势—机会、劣势—机会、优势—威胁、劣势—威胁4个方面提出具体策略,如技术创新、合作与培训、数据安全与隐私保护以及市场推广与品牌建设,不仅为畜牧业智能化的实践提供理论支持,也为政策制定和行业决策提供实际应用建议和未来研究方向,以促进畜牧业的高质量和可持续发展.未来智能畜牧的研究应聚焦解决核心技术短板,包括标准化养殖、智能技术开发、人才培养及法规制定等.
Against the backdrop of China's modernization development,animal husbandry,as a vital pillar of the agricultural and rural economy,its intelligent transformation is of critical importance.This paper employs a literature review method to summarize the current application status and impacts of intelligent animal husbandry technologies.Through the SWOT analysis model,it systematically examines the internal and external factors of intelligentization in animal husbandry,comprehensively exploring its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.A SWOT analysis matrix for the intelligentization of animal husbandry is constructed,and specific strategies are proposed across four dimensions:Strength-Opportunity(SO),Weakness-Opportunity(WO),Strength-Threat(ST)and Weakness-Threat(WT).These strategies encompass technological innovation,collaboration and training,data security and privacy protection,as well as market promotion and brand building.The study not only provides theoretical support for the practice of intelligent animal husbandry,but also offers practical recommendations for policy formulation and industry decision-making,contributing to the high-quality and sustainable development of animal husbandry.Future research on intelligent animal husbandry should focus on addressing core technical challenges,including standardized farming,intelligent technology development,talent cultivation and regulatory frameworks,etc.
