青岛文昌鱼消化道真核生物的组成及季节差异OA
Composition and Spatio-Temporal Diversity of Intestine Eukaryotic Communities in Amphioxus(Branchiostoma japionicum)
为了探究青岛文昌鱼(Branchiostoma japonicum)在自然环境中的食物组成及其季节性变化,采用18S rDNA扩增子测序技术,分析了自然水域中文昌鱼消化道内真核生物群落的组成,并研究了这些群落随季节的变迁.结果发现,青岛文昌鱼消化道内真核生物群落的组成较为广泛,包含动物、植物、原生生物和真菌等,推测青岛文昌鱼属于杂食性动物.在门水平,青岛文昌鱼消化道内真核生物在秋季的优势群落为节肢动物门(23.26%)、硅藻门(19.55%)和绿藻门(13.50%);在春季的优势群落为绿藻门(14.56%)、链形植物(13.96%)、节肢动物门(8.45%)和硅藻门(6.24%).其中,秋季组植物性食物占比38.10%,动物性食物占比 32.98%;春季组植物性食物占比 35.86%,动物性食物占比 14.17%.在目水平上,春季的小球藻目相对丰度增加.PCoA和NMDS分析结果显示,不同季节文昌鱼消化道真核生物群落组成和物种分布存在明显差异.本研究为更好地开展青岛文昌鱼的实验室繁殖并实现人工放流奠定理论基础.
To investigate the dietary composition and seasonal variability of eukaryotes in wild populations of Bran-chiostoma japonicum,we employed 18S rDNA amplicon sequencing was employed to assess the community structure and seasonal fluctuations of eukaryotes within the digestive tract of B.japonicum from natural waters in Qingdao.The findings revealed a diverse community within the digestive tract,encompassing animals,plants,protists,and fungi,indicating that B.japonicum is omnivorous.At the phylum level,the dominant eukaryotes in the digestive tract of B.japonicum in autumn were Arthropoda(23.26%),Bacillariophyta(19.55%),and Chlorophyta(13.50%),whereas in spring,they were Chlorophyta(14.56%),Charophyta(13.96%),Arthropoda(8.45%),and Bacillariophyta(6.24%).Notably,the proportion of plant-based food was 38.10%in autumn and 35.86%in spring,while animal-based food constituted 32.98%in autumn and 14.17%in spring.At the order level,the relative abundance of Chlorellales increased in spring.Principal coordinate analysis(PCoA)and Non-Metric multidimensional scaling(NMDS)analyses indicated distinct differences in the composition and distribution of eukaryotic communities in the digestive tract of B.japonicum across seasons.This study provides a theoretical foundation for improving laboratory breeding and artificial restocking of B.japonicum.
