糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病的主要眼部并发症,也是导致失明和视力障碍的主要原因.随着全球患病率的持续上升,特别是在低收入和中等收入国家,DR的疾病负担日益加重.DR复杂的流行病学特征与危险因素对其防治策略提出了更高要求.本文将从DR的疾病负担、流行病学特征及危险因素等方面进行综合分析.
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a primary ocular complication of diabetes and a leading cause of blindness and visual impairment.As the global prevalence continues to rise,particularly in low-and middle-income countries,the disease burden of DR is growing increasingly severe.Its complex epidemiological characteristics and risk factors pose significant challenges for its prevention and treatment strategies.This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the disease burden,epidemiological characteristics,and risk factors of DR.
