夜间文旅消费作为文化遗产地经济活化与文化体验升级的核心载体,对推动国家扩大内需战略具有重要意义.本研究以世界文化遗产丽江古城为案例地,基于288 份实地调研问卷,综合运用描述性统计、交叉分析及结构方程模型(SEM),系统揭示了夜间文旅消费集聚区游客满意度的多维影响机制.结果表明:公共服务、品牌影响、管理体系、文旅业态与旅游交通五大潜变量对游客满意度均呈显著正向影响,其中公共服务呈现强效应,而旅游交通影响力相对较弱.具体来看,差异反映了公共服务硬件优势与文化场景融合不足、数智化设施适配性欠缺、业态同质化与服务碎片化等问题,形成满意度提升的关键瓶颈.据此认为,唯有强化服务与文化双轮驱动、重构品牌传播与业态协同、创新柔性治理与交通体系、数智赋能业态升级,才能有效促进丽江古城夜间文旅消费品质升级.研究成果可为管理部门优化服务供给、创新治理模式以及同类型文化遗产地夜间经济高质量发展提供实证支撑与决策参考.

Nighttime cultural and tourism consumption,serving as a pivotal vehicle for the economic activation of cultural heritage sites and the enhancement of cultural experiences,is of paramount significance in propelling the national strategy of expanding domestic demand.This study uses the Ancient Town of Lijiang,a World Cultural Heritage site,as a case study area.Based on 288 field survey questionnaires,a comprehensive approach integrating descriptive statistics,cross-tabulation analysis,and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)is adopted to systemati-cally elucidate the multidimensional mechanisms influencing tourist satisfaction within nighttime cultural and tourism consumption agglomeration areas.The research findings suggest that five latent variables,namely public services,brand influence,management systems,cultural and tourism business forms,and tourism transportation,all exhibit a significantly positive impact on tourist satisfaction.Among these,public services exert a powerful influence,while the impact of tourism transportation is relatively less pronounced.Specifically,the differences reflect issues such as insufficient integration of public service hardware advantages with cultural scenes,limited adaptability of digital and intelligent facilities,and homogeneity and fragmentation of formats,which constitute key bottlenecks restricting im-provements in satisfaction.Consequently,it is contended that only through the implementation of strategies such as strengthening the dual-engine drive of services and culture,re-engineering brand dissemination and business form coordination,innovating flexible governance and transportation systems,and leveraging digital and intelligent tech-nologies to upgrade business forms can the quality of nighttime cultural and tourism consumption in the Ancient Town of Lijiang be effectively elevated.The outcomes of this study can offer empirical evidence and decision-making insights for management authorities to optimize service provision,innovate governance models,and foster the high-quality development of the nighttime economy in similar cultural heritage destinations.
