云南绿色电力发展水平测度与产业绿色转型升级OA
Measurement of Green Electricity Development and Industrial Green Transformation in Yunnan Province
基于云南省 2012-2022 年 16 个州(市)的面板数据,对云南绿色电力发展水平进行测度,并实证分析了其对产业绿色转型升级的影响机制.结果表明:绿色电力发展水平对产业绿色转型升级具有正向影响,且呈现出显著的空间集聚效应;新型电力系统构建中的技术创新,能够显著促进产业绿色转型升级;云南总体较低的产业和经济结构水平形成的技术锁定效应,导致现有人力资本结构未能对产业绿色转型形成显著的额外推动力.据此提出加强电力布局和产业发展协调性、探索建立分布式新能源与园区协同发展机制、以技术创新深化"绿电+产业"发展融合程度等建议,为云南高质量推进"绿电+产业"发展提供参考.
Based on panel data from 16 prefectures(cities)in Yunnan Province(2012-2022),green elec-tricity development levels were measured,and their impact mechanisms on industrial green transformation were em-pirically analyzed.The results demonstrate that green electricity development exerts significant positive impacts on industrial transformation,accompanied by pronounced spatial agglomeration effects;technological investments in the new power system construction significantly drive such transformation;technological lock-in effects arising from Yunnan's comparatively low industrial and economic structure suppress the additional impetus of human capital to-ward green industrial transition.Policy recommendations emphasize enhanced spatial coordination between electricity infrastructure and industrial development,establishment of synergy mechanisms linking distributed renewable energy to industrial parks,and deepened green electricity-industry integration via institutional innovation and targe-ted technological advancement—thereby offering a reference for advancing high-quality integrated development of'green electricity+industry'in Yunnan Province.
