针灸治疗直肠癌术后低位前切除综合征专家共识(2025年版)OA
Expert consensus on acupuncture treatment for low anterior resection syndrome after rectal cancer surgery(2025 edition)
直肠癌术后低位前切除综合征是直肠癌术后一种常见的并发症,临床表现为排便频率及性状改变、排便不适感、急迫感以及大便失禁等肠功能紊乱症状,严重影响患者生活质量.尽管国内已有相关共识发表,但对针灸在低位前切除综合征不同临床结局中的治疗方式、治疗优势和治疗特色尚未得到可靠且具体的推荐意见.来自中国华北、华中、华东、华南、西南区的33名专家,基于最新循证医学证据及临床经验,采用德尔菲法共同制定了《针灸治疗直肠癌术后低位前切除综合征专家共识(2025版)》.该共识围绕低位前切除综合征的针灸适用人群和阶段、针灸分型治疗方案,最终达成10项共识建议,为直肠癌术后低位前切除综合征的针灸临床实践提供了规范化的指导意见.
Low anterior resection syndrome is a common postoperative complication following rectal cancer surgery.It is characterized by bowel dysfunction,including altered stool frequency and consistency,discomfort during defecation,urgency and faecal incontinence.This severely impacts patients'quality of life.Although domestic consensus guidelines have been published,there are still no reliable and specific recommendations regarding acupuncture treatment modalities,therapeutic advantages,and distinctive features for different clinical outcomes of low anterior resection syndrome.Thirty-three experts from north,central,east,south and southwest China collaborated using the Delphi method,based on the latest evidence-based medicine and clinical experience,to develop the Expert Consensus on Acupuncture Treatment for Low Anterior Resection Syndrome after Rectal Cancer Surgery(2025 Edition).The consensus finally reached 10 consensus recommendations around the applicable population and stage of acupuncture and moxibustion for low anterior resection syndrome and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment scheme,providing standardized guidance for acupuncture and moxibustion clinical practice of low anterior resection syndrome after rectal cancer surgery.
