综合护理干预对糖尿病性白内障术后病人血糖水平和并发症发生率的影响OA
Impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative blood glucose levels and incidence of complication rates in patients with diabetic cataract
目的:探讨综合护理干预对糖尿病性白内障病人术后血糖水平和并发症发生率的影响.方法:将242例糖尿病性白内障病人随机分为对照组和观察组各121例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予具有针对性的综合护理干预,比较两组病人术后并发症的发生情况.结果:观察组术后血糖控制达标率(84.30%)高于对照组(73.60%),并发症发生率(4.1%)低于对照组(19.0%),总满意率(96.69%)高于对照组(73.55%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将综合护理干预应用于糖尿病性白内障病人中,有助于稳定病人血糖水平,降低病人术后并发症发生率,提高病人满意度.
Objective:To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative blood glucose levels and complication rates in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods:242 patients with diabetic cataract were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 121 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received targeted comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine care.The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative blood glucose control rate in the observation group(84.30%)was higher than that in the control group(73.60%),the complication rate(4.1%)was lower than that in the control group(19.0%),and the satisfaction rate(96.69%)was higher than that in the control group(73.55%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic cataract helps stabilize patients' blood glucose levels,reduces the incidence of postoperative complications,and improves patient satisfaction.
