Assessment of information quality on insulin injection for type 2 diabetes patients based on DeepSeek
目的:评估DeepSeek对2型糖尿病病人胰岛素注射相关问题的回答质量.方法:基于2型糖尿病病人相关专家共识和临床实践,筛选出10个2型糖尿病病人最常问的胰岛素注射问题,输入DeepSeek获取回答,并依据美国糖尿病协会(ADA)和欧洲糖尿病研究协会(EASD)共同发布的管理共识报告从有效性(1～4分)、安全性(1～4分)和实用性(1～4分)3个维度进行评分.结果:DeepSeek的回答有效性均分为3.6分,安全性均分为4.0分,实用性均分为4.0分.40%的回答存在信息不完整的问题,但无安全性风险.结论:DeepSeek可作为胰岛素注射教育的辅助工具,但其回答需结合医务人员指导以确保信息完整性.
Objective:To evaluate the quality of DeepSeek's responses to questions related to insulin injection in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:Based on expert consensus and clinical practice for type 2 diabetes patients,10 frequently asked questions regarding insulin injection were selected and input into DeepSeek to obtain answers.The responses were scored based on the consensus report jointly issued by the American Diabetes Association(ADA)and the European Association for the Study of Diabetes(EASD),across three dimensions:effectiveness(1-4 points),safety(1-4 points),and practicality(1-4 points).Results:The average scores for DeepSeek's responses were 3.6 for effectiveness,4.0 for safety,and 4.0 for practicality.Incomplete information was identified in 40%of the responses,but no safety risks were found.Conclusions:DeepSeek can serve as an auxiliary tool for insulin injection education;however,its responses should be supplemented with guidance from healthcare professionals to ensure information completeness.
