探讨"脑-肠轴"理论下中医药治疗卒中后抑郁研究进展OA

Post-stroke depression refers to an affective disorder that occurs on the basis of cerebrovascular dis-ease.It not only has a poor prognosis,but also has a much higher mortality rate than stroke patients without depres-sion.There is increasing evidence that there is a two-way association between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract through the"brain-gut axis".Post-stroke depression is closely related to intestinal microbiota dysbiosis,intestinal barrier dysfunction and intestinal microbiota metabolites.Through literature analysis,it can be seen that traditional Chinese medicine therapy can interfere with brain-gut activity by affecting the"brain-gut axis",changing intestinal flora and metabolites,regulating neurotransmitter release,regulating the hypothalamus-pituitary adrenal axis,and reduc-ing immune inflammatory response,thereby improving the clinical symptoms of post-stroke depression.This article summa-rizes the treatment of post-stroke depression with traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of"brain-gut axis"theo-ry,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of post-stroke depression with traditional Chinese medicine.
