高温处理对不同聚酰亚胺含量隔热絮片服用性能的影响OA
Effect of high temperature treatment on clothing performance of thermal insulation floccule with different polyimide content
为更加合理地选择和设计应用于热防护服装领域的聚酰亚胺隔热絮片,以PI隔热絮片、PI/PET 50/50隔热絮片和PI/PET 15/85隔热絮片为试验材料,进行一系列高温处理,并对3种隔热絮片高温处理前后的表观形貌、厚度变化、隔热性能、透气性和透湿性进行了测试分析.结果表明:PI隔热絮片最为稳定,高温处理后其外观无明显变化,厚度和隔热性能有所提高,透湿与透气性能略有下降;PI/PET 50/50隔热絮片经260℃高温处理后,其厚度、隔热性能、透气性能有所增加,透湿性略有下降;PI/PET 15/85隔热絮片经260℃高温处理后,絮片焦化严重,其厚度、隔热性能有所增加,透湿与透气性能有所下降.认为:热风法加固制备的PI/PET 50/50隔热絮片兼具隔热和舒适性,在热防护服装领域具有一定的应用前景.
In order to more reasonably select and design polyimide floccules used in thermal protection clothing,a series of high temperature treatments were conducted on PI thermal insulation floccules,PI/PET 50/50 thermal insulation floccules and PI/PET 15/85 thermal insulation floccules.The appearance,thickness change,thermal insulation performance,air permeability and moisture permeability of the three thermal insulatio floccules before and after high temperature treatments were tested and analyzed.Results showed that PI thermal insulation floccule was the most stable,with no significant changes in appearance after high temperature treatments,the thickness and thermal insulation performance were increased,the moisture permeability and air permeability were slightly reduced.After PI/PET 50/50 thermal insulation floccules treated in 260℃,its thickness,thermal insulation performance and air permeability were increased,while its moisture permeability was decreased slightly.After PI/PET 15/85 thermal insulation floccules treated in 260℃,the floccules were severely coked,its thickness and thermal insulation performance were increased,the moisture permeability and air permeability were decreased.It is considered that the PI/PET 50/50 thermal insulation floccules reinforced by hot air method was both insulating and comfortable,which had a certain application prospect in the field of thermal protection clothing.
