凸轮滚筒式农田残膜回收机设计与试验OA
Design and Test of Cam Roller Type Farmland Residual Film Recycling Machine
针对目前我国农田用残膜捡拾机理分析不完善、机具作业效率低、含杂率高的问题,设计了一种凸轮滚筒式农田残膜回收机.通过凸轮机构驱动捡拾齿的伸出和回缩完成对农田残膜的捡拾和分离,提高农田残膜回收的作业效率;通过对捡拾齿运动轨迹分析设计了凸轮的轮廓曲线,并对农田残膜捡拾过程进行力学分析,得到土壤对膜土混杂物的粘性力和凸轮滚筒转速是影响粘性力的重要因素;对拾膜过程进行运动学分析,得到凸轮滚筒的回转半径值和滚筒转速是影响机具性能的关键因素;对拾膜过程建立笛卡尔坐标系进行分析,优化了机具作业参数.以残膜回收机前进速度、凸轮滚筒转速、凸轮回转半径为试验因素,以农田残膜捡拾率和含杂率为试验指标进行田间响应面试验和参数优化验证试验,得到最佳作业性能下的参数为残膜回收机前进速度 5.7 km/h、凸轮滚筒转速 698 r/min、凸轮基圆直径 718 mm,此时农田残膜捡拾率为 88.2%、含杂率为 32.6%,满足农田残膜回收要求.
Given the current inadequacies in the analysis of the operating mechanisms of farmland residual film pickup machines in China,as well as issues such as low operational efficiency and high contamination rates,a cam roller type farmland residual film recycling machine was designed.This machine utilizes a cam mechanism to drive the extension and retraction of the pickup teeth,thereby achieving the collection and separation of farmland film,and thereby improving the operational efficiency of farmland film recovery.By analyzing the movement trajectory of the pickup teeth,the contour curve of the cam was designed.Mechanical analysis of the residual film pickup process revealed that the viscous force ex-erted by soil on the film-soil mixture and the rotational speed of the cam roller were key factors influencing the viscous force.Kinematic analysis of the film pickup process was conducted,revealing that the rotational radius of the cam roller and the roller speed were key factors affecting the machine's performance.Cartesian coordinate system was established to analyze the film pickup process,and the machine's operational parameters were optimized.Using the forward speed of the residual film recovery machine,cam roller rotational speed,and cam rotational radius as experimental factors,and the residual film collection rate and impurity content as experimental indicators,field response surface experiments and parameter optimization verification experiments were conducted.The optimal operational performance parameters were de-termined to be forward speed of 5.7 km/h for residual film recovery machine,cam roller rotational speed of 698 r/min,cam base radius of 718 mm.Under this parameter combination,the residual film pickup rate in farmland was 88.2%,and the impurity rate was 32.6%,meeting farmland residual film recovery requirement.
