油莎豆收获机振动挖掘装置设计与试验OA

Design and Test of Vibration Excavation Device of Cyperus esculentus Harvester Based on EDEM-ADAMS Coupling

针对油莎豆收获时机械作业难度大、能耗高等问题,设计了一种旋耕挖掘与振动挖掘相结合的油莎豆振动挖掘装置,对其关键部件进行了结构和参数设计,建立了油莎豆、草和土槽离散元模型,通过EDEM-ADAMS耦合方法对油莎豆挖掘过程进行模拟,以旋耕刀转速、振动筛振幅和振频为试验因素,以油莎豆输送效率、沙土输送效率、漏沙率和作业功率为试验指标进行正交仿真试验设计,探究各作业参数对挖掘效果的影响.仿真试验表明:当旋耕刀转速为 370 r/min、振幅为 9 mm、振频为 12.5 Hz时,油莎豆输送效率可达97.8%.此条件下田间试验的油莎豆破损率、根—草粉碎率和根—草带土率分别为 2.67%、65.51%、59.52%,满足油莎豆收获农艺要求,可为油莎豆振动挖掘装置优化研究提供参考.

Aiming at the problems of difficult mechanical operation and high energy consumption during the harvesting of Cyperus esculentus,a vibration excavation device for Cyperus esculentus combining rotary tillage excavation and vibration excavation was designed.The structure and parameters of the above key components were designed.The discrete element model of Cyperus esculentus,grass and soil bin were established.The excavation process of Cyperus esculentus was simula-ted by EDEM-ADAMS coupling method.The rotation speed of rotary blade,amplitude and vibration frequency of vibra-ting screen were taken as experimental factors,and the orthogonal simulation test design was carried out with the transport efficiency of Cyperus esculentus,sand transport efficiency,sand leakage rate and operation power as experimental inde-xes.The effects of operation parameters such as rotation speed,amplitude and vibration frequency of rotary blade on ex-cavation effect were explored.The simulation results showed that when the rotation speed of rotary blade was 370 r/min,the amplitude was 9 mm,and the vibration frequency was 12.5 Hz,the conveying efficiency of Cyperus esculentus could reach 97.8%.At this time,the damage rate,root-grass crushing rate and root-grass soil rate of Cyperus esculentus in the field test were 2.67%,65.51%and 59.52%,respectively,which could meet the agronomic requirements of Cype-rus esculentus harvest and provide reference for the design of Cyperus esculentus vibration digging device.
