基于有效种植深度的甘蔗种植机开沟器设计与试验OA

Design and Experiment on the Trenching Device of Sugarcane Planting Machine Based on Effective Planting Depth

针对开沟器整体功率大、开沟深度不均匀、无法保证有效种植深度等问题,以适用于甘蔗横向种植机的开沟器为研究对象,设计了一种由前犁、旋耕刀盘、开沟犁和挡泥板等构成的组合式开沟器,并基于EDEM对组合式开沟器进行离散元仿真试验分析.试验表明,影响开沟器功耗的主次因素为开沟深度、刀盘转速、前进速度,最优参数组合为开沟深度300 mm、刀盘转速250 r/min、前进速度0.56 m/s.田间试验表明,改进后的第二代样机甘蔗有效种植深度达302 mm,较第一代提高了 50.2%、开沟犁工作阻力降低了 37.8%,满足甘蔗横向种植机的设计要求,保障了种植机精确播种的有效种植深度.

Aiming at the problems of high overall power,uneven depth of trenching,and inability to ensure effective planting depth of the trenching device,a combined trenching device composed of front plow,rotary tiller blade,trenching plow,mudguard,etc.,suitable for sugarcane lateral planting machine was designed as the research object.Discrete ele-ment simulation test analysis of combined trenching device based on EDEM.The experiment showed that the primary and secondary order of factors affecting the power consumption of the furrow plow was trench depth,cutterhead speed,forward speed.The optimal parameter combination was the depth of the furrow 300 mm,the speed of the cutterhead 250 r/min,and the forward speed 0.56 m/s.The field prototype test data showed that the effective depth of sugarcane cultivation reached 302 mm,which was 50.2%higher than the first generation planting prototype.The working resistance of the fur-row plow was reduced by 37.8%,which can satisfy the design requirements of the sugarcane lateral planting machine,ensuring the effective planting depth during precise sowing.
