基于多策略融合灰狼优化算法的纺纱空调能耗优化OA
Energy optimization of spinning air conditioning based on multi-strategy integrated grey wolf optimizer
为了降低纺纱空调能耗,提出基于多策略融合灰狼优化算法的纺纱空调能耗优化方法.建立气体在纺纱空调系统中的体积及温湿度变化情况模型.以纺纱空调能耗最优为目标,以无级变频风机、水泵、可调节的风阀为决策变量,以车间温湿度和可调设备预设限度为约束条件,采用惩罚函数法,建立纺纱空调能耗优化模型.为求解上述模型,提出了多策略融合灰狼优化算法.应用Sobol序列进行初始化,应用tanh函数改进收敛因子,应用基于飞蛾算法等进行狼群的更新,并引入自适应t分布扰动避免算法在求解时陷入局部最优,提高全局搜索能力.通过基准函数及实例验证,该算法具有较强的寻优性能和较高的普适性.认为:该优化方法在冬季、过渡季和夏季均能显著减低能耗.
To reduce the energy consumption of spinning air conditioning systems,a multi-strategy integrated grey wolf optimizer(GWO)was proposed for energy consumption optimization.A model was established to describe the air changes in volume,temperature and humidity in spinning air conditioning system.With the goal of minimizing spinning air conditioning energy consumption,stepless variable frequency fans,water pumps and adjustable air dampers were selected as the decision variables.The workshop temperature and humidity,as well as the preset limits of adjustable equipment were the constraints.A penalty function method was employed to construct the energy consumption optimization model of spinning air conditioning.To solve the above models,a multi-strategy integrated GWO was proposed.To enhance global search capability,Sobol sequence was applied for initialization.The convergence factor was improved by using tanh function.Multiple strategies,such as the moth-flame optimization algorithm,were utilized to update the wolf population,and adaptive t distribution perturbation was introduced to avoid local optima.Through benchmark functions and practical case studies,the algorithm demonstrated strong optimization performance and broad applicability.It is believed that the optimization method can significantly reduce energy consumption in winter,transitional season and summer.
