气吸式花生单粒精密播种机设计与试验OA
Design and Test of Air Suction Peanut Single Seed Precision Seeder
为解决我国花生单粒精播装备落后的问题,设计了一种一垄两行气吸式花生单粒精密播种机,可一次性完成起垄、开沟、施肥、播种、覆土和覆膜等功能.确定了排种盘直径,计算出吸种孔直径及其数量等参数,确定了调速机构挡位与播种株距的对应关系;计算出满足实际排肥量所对应外槽轮的有效工作长度;根据花生垄型结构尺寸和播深要求,确定了起垄铲的入土深度和双圆盘开沟器的圆盘直径、夹角、聚点等关键参数;设计了仿形机构的关键工作参数以确保播种机播深的一致性.样机田间性能试验结果显示,当负压为5.16 kPa、速度为4.34 km/h时,合格率为94.6%、漏播率为3.0%、重播率为 2.4%,各项指标均符合播种技术标准要求.
In order to solve the problem of backwardness of peanut single grain precision sowing equipment in China,a two rows of a row of air suction peanut single grain precision sowing machine was designed,which can be completed in one go to start ridging,furrowing,fertilizer application,seeding,mulching and filming.The design had calculated the parameters such as the diameter of seed discharge disc,the diameter and number of seed suction holes,and had deter-mined the corresponding relationship between the gear position of the speed regulating mechanism and the spacing of so-wing;had calculated the effective working length of the outer grooved wheels to meet the actual amount of fertilizer dis-charge;and based on the structural dimensions of peanut ridges and the requirements for the sowing depth,had separate-ly designed and calculated the depth of the ridging shovel and the diameter,angle,and polygonal angle of the disc of the double-disc furrow opener,respectively.The key parameters of profiling mechanism were designed to ensure the consis-tency of sowing depth of seeder.The test results had showed that when the negative pressure was 5.16 kPa and the speed was 4.34 km/h,the qualification rate was 94.6%,the leakage rate was 3.0%,and the replanting rate was 2.4%,and the indexes were in line with the standard requirements.
