环氧树脂增韧改性及其作用机制研究进展OA

Research progress on toughening modification of epoxy resin and their mechanism

环氧树脂作为极具战略意义的热固性高分子材料,凭借其独特的化学结构和优异性能,在国防装备和国民经济领域中应用广泛.然而,环氧树脂固化交联密度大,韧性不足,极易产生微裂纹等缺陷,从而限制了其在先进制造中的广泛应用.针对环氧树脂及其复合材料的增韧需求,综述了本征型自增韧方法和复合外援增韧方法对环氧树脂的增韧效果.进一步,重点介绍了核壳纳米粒子对环氧树脂及其复合材料的增韧机制和效果.同时,指出不同增韧效果是基于不同增韧机制的叠加效应发挥作用,以此推动环氧树脂基复合材料更广应用,也为开发兼具韧性和强度的环氧树脂基复合材料提供借鉴.

Epoxy resin,as one of the most strategically significant thermosetting polymer materials,is widely used in national defense equipment and economic fields,due to its unique chemical structure and ex-cellent performance.However,epoxy resins,known for their high cross-linking density,often suffer from issues such as insufficient toughness,susceptibility to microcracks and other defects.These limitations re-strict their wide application in advanced manufacturing.Focusing on the effective toughening methods for epoxy resin and its composite materials,this work reviews the toughening effects of intrinsic self-toughe-ning methods and extrinsic reinforcement toughening methods on epoxy resin and its composite materials.Furthermore,it focuses on the toughening mechanism and effects of core-shell nanoparticles.Additional-ly,we note that the varying toughening effects stem from the synergistic effects of different toughening mechanisms.The purpose of our review is to foster wider and more in-depth applications of epoxy resin-based composite materials,while offering insights for the development of such materials that possess both superior toughness and strength.
