乌梅丸联合悬灸热敏化腧穴疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果观察OA
Efficacy Observation of Mume Pills Combined with Suspended Moxibustion Therapy on Heat-Sensitized Acupoints in Treating Ulcerative Colitis
目的:观察乌梅丸联合悬灸热敏化腧穴疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法:将152 例溃疡性结肠炎患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各76 例.对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组给予乌梅丸联合悬灸热敏化腧穴疗法.比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间及治疗前后中医证候积分、内镜检查评分、肠道菌群水平变化情况.结果:两组患者治疗后腹痛腹胀、腹泻、食少、腰膝酸软、神疲懒言、四肢寒冷等中医证候积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后内镜检查评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组有效率为90.79%,高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平高于本组治疗前,肠球菌和大肠埃希菌水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组发热、腹痛、腹泻、脓血便等症状消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:乌梅丸联合悬灸热敏化腧穴疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能够改善患者的临床症状及肠黏膜状态,缩短症状消失时间,提高临床疗效,其作用机制可能与调节肠道菌群水平有关.
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Mume Pills combined with suspended moxibustion therapy on heat-sensitized acupoints on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:A total of 152 patients with UC were randomly divided into the study group and the con-trol group according to the random number table,with 76 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group received Mume Pills combined with suspended moxibustion therapy on heat-sensitized acupoints.The clinical efficacy,and changes in symptom disappearance time,TCM syndrome scores,endoscopy scores,intestinal flora levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores such as abdominal pain and distension,diarrhea,poor appetite,weak knees,fatigue with reluctance to speak,and cold limbs,etc.in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in their respective groups.Moreover,after treatment,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The endoscopy scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment in their respective groups,and after treatment,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate in the study group was 90.79%,which was higher than the 73.68%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in their respective groups,while the levels of enterococcus and escherichia coli were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The disappearance times for symptoms such as fever,abdominal pain,diarrhea,and purulent bloody stools in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mume Pills combined with suspended moxibustion therapy on heat-sensitized acupoints can improve the clinical symptoms and intestinal mucosal status of patients with UC,shorten symptom disappearance time,and enhance clinical efficacy.Its mechanism of action may be related to regulating intestinal flora levels.
