合作社支持、价值感知对农户保护性耕作技术采纳意愿的影响研究OA
Impact of cooperative support and value perception on farmers' intention to adopt conservation tillage technology
保护性耕作技术是保障粮食安全、推进黑土地保护的重要手段,但受技术成本较高,农户认知不足等因素的制约,农户保护性耕作技术采纳率仍偏低.基于以上原因,文中创新性融合了组织与个人的双重视角,并利用2024年在吉林省实地调研的519份农户为数据样本,通过结构方程模型、模糊集定性比较分析方法,探究合作社支持、价值感知对保护性耕作技术采纳意愿的影响及作用路径.研究结果显示:1)态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制均对采纳意愿有显著的正向影响.2)价值感知通过态度和主观规范间接影响采纳意愿,合作社支持可以通过知觉行为控制间接影响采纳意愿,同时对意愿也具有正向的直接影响,体现了个体认知激励与组织赋能的差异性机制.3)各影响因素间共有五种组态模式,影响着农户保护性耕作技术采纳意愿的形成,分别为认知协同型、价值导向型、内外互动型、组织赋能型与综合型.文中识别了影响农户保护性耕作技术采纳意愿的多维路径和双重激励机制,并为政策制定提供理论依据和实践参考.
Conservation tillage plays a vital role in ensuring food security and black soil protection,yet its adoption by farmers remains low level due to high costs and limited awareness.Based on survey data from 519 farm households in Jilin Province in 2024,this study integrates organizational and individual perspectives to explore the effects of cooperative support and value perception on farmer's intention to adopt conservation tillage technology by using structural equation modeling and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis.Results indicate that:1)Attitude,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control significantly enhance adoption intention.2)Value perception indirectly influences intention via attitude and subjective norms,while cooperative support exerts both indirect effect through perceived behavioral control and a direct positive impact,reflecting differentiated mechanisms of cognitive incentives and organizational empowerment.3)Five configuration patterns:cognitive synergy,value-oriented,internal-external interaction,organizational empowerment,and integrative type,jointly shape adoption intention.The study identifies multidimensional pathways and dual incentive mechanisms influencing conservation tillage adoption,offering theoretical insights and practical guidance for policy design.
