[目的]为了解山东地区主要种植的文冠果品种(系)的遗传多样性,明确亲缘关系,开发SNP标记为文冠果的种质资源鉴定与评价奠定基础.[方法]基于第3代全基因组重测序技术进行文冠果SNP标记开发,同时利用遗传相似性、系统发育、群体聚类分析和主成分分析等研究了文冠果种质资源遗传结构和遗传多样性.[结果]从15份文冠果种质资源中筛选得到137 029个高质量 SNP标记位点,基于SNP标记,其两两样品种间遗传相似系数变化范围介于0.324 1~0.453 8,平均为0.38;利用系统进化树和群体聚类分析都将15份文冠果种质资源分为2个类群,而利用群体主成分分析则聚为一个类群,遗传结构分析共同表明我国不同地区之间的文冠果种质资源并未严格按照地域分布归类.[结论]文冠果种质资源遗传多样性相对丰富,且不同地域间存在种质资源交流,而采用SNP标记可有效鉴定文冠果种质资源.

[Objective]To understand the genetic diversity of the main Xanthoceras sorbifolium cultivars(lines)planted in Shandong Province,clarify their kinship,and lay the foundation for the development of SNP markers for the identification and evaluation of Xanthoceras sorbifolium germplasm resources.[Methods]Based on the third-generation whole-genome rese-quencing technology,SNP markers of Xanthoceras sorbifolium were developed.Meanwhile,the genetic structure and genetic diversity of Xanthoceras sorbifolium germplasm resources were studied by using genetic similarity,phylogenetic analysis,pop-ulation clustering analysis and principal component analysis.[Results]A total of 137,029 high-quality SNP marker loci were screened from 15 Xanthoceras sorbifolium germplasm resources.Based on SNP markers,the genetic similarity coefficient be-tween each pair of varieties ranged from 0.3241 to 0.4538,with an average of 0.38.Both the phylogenetic tree and population clustering analysis divided the 15 Xanthoceras sorbifolium germplasm resources into two groups,while the population principal component analysis showed them as one group.The genetic structure analysis jointly indicated that the Xanthoceras sorbifoli-um germplasm resources in different regions of China were not strictly classified according to geographical distribution.[Con-clusion]The genetic diversity of Xanthoceras sorbifolium germplasm resources is relatively rich,and there is germplasm re-source exchange among different regions.The use of SNP markers can effectively identify Xanthoceras sorbifolium germplasm resources.
