施药时间对浙西南桑葚菌核病防治效果的影响OA
Influence of Application Time of Fungicide on the Control Effect of Mulberry Sclerotium Disease in the Southwest of Zhejiang Province
[目的]探索浙西南桑葚菌核病的最佳防治时间.[方法]以'粤葚大十'果桑品种为试材,对塑料大棚果桑基地园内11年生的桑树进行不同时间开始施药和不同间隔时间施药,对浙西南桑葚菌核病的防效率和病果率影响.[结果]在开花初期(3月10日)开始第1次施药,间隔7 d,连续喷施3次的效果最好,防效率可达85.22%,病果率在3.12%左右;其次是开花初期(3月10日)开始第1次施药,间隔10 d,连续喷施3次防效率达到65.35%,病果率在7.31%左右;最差的是在发芽初期(2月10日)开始第1次施药,间隔15 d,连续喷施4次防效率不足50%,病果率高达11%以上.[结论]在桑树初花期的3月10日左右开始第1次施药,间隔7 d,连续喷施3次的防治技术值得在浙西南地区桑葚菌核病的防治中推广应用.
[Objective]Explore the optimal prevention and control time for mulberry sclerotiniosis in the southwest of Zhe-jiang Province.[Methods]Using the'Yueshen Dashi'('Yuesulda Ten')fruit mulberry cultivar as test material,this study investigated the effects of different initial application times and different application intervals of pesticides on the control efficacy against mulberry fruit sclerotiniosis and the diseased fruit rate in 11-year-old mulberry trees in a plastic greenhouse fruit mul-berry base in southwestern Zhejiang.[Results]The results showed that the first application at the beginning of flowering(March 10),with an interval of 7 days and continuous spraying for 3 times,had the best effect,the prevention efficiency was up to 85.22%,and the rate of disease fruit was about 3.12%.The first application at the beginning of flowering(March 10),with an interval of 10 days and continuous spraying for 3 times,had the second effect,the prevention efficiency was up to 65.35%,and the disease rate was about 7.31%.The worst case was the first application at the early stage of germination(February 10),with an interval of 15 days and continuous spraying for 4 times,the prevention efficiency was less than 50%,and the disease rate was up to 11%.[Conclusion]The method of spraying three times continuously from March 10 at the early flowering stage of mulberry trees with an interval of 7 days is worthy of popularization and application in the prevention and control of mulberry sclerotiosis in southwest Zhejiang.
