[目的]针对河西走廊地区太阳光强辐射和极端高温导致葡萄果实成熟过快和含酸量低等问题,采用遮阴处理,探讨遮光率为45%~95%的遮阳网对葡萄果实品质的影响,以期为改善葡萄微环境以及葡萄酒综合品质提供理论依据.[方法]以武威市莫高酒庄酿酒葡萄'黑比诺'(Pinot Noir)为试验材料,设置绿网4针、黑网4针、黑网6针3个遮阳网处理,以不遮阳为对照,测定不同处理下'黑比诺'葡萄果际表面温度和光照强度、果实糖酸、pH值以及酚类物质的含量.[结果]绿网和黑网均改善了葡萄浆果表面微气候条件,显著降低了'黑比诺'葡萄果实周围的平均光照强度和日平均温度,缓解了极端温度和光照强度的剧烈变化;3种遮阴处理均有效调节葡萄的糖酸比,促进了总黄酮、总多酚和原花青素积累,但对总花色苷具有抑制作用,其中,黑色6针遮阳网降幅最大,绿网4针最小.[结论]研究结果为河西走廊葡萄产区精细化调控葡萄果实代谢物积累和葡萄酒品质形成提供了科学依据.

[Objective]To address the problems of rapid ripening of grape berries and low acid content caused by strong solar radiation and extreme high temperature in the Hexi Corridor region,The effect of green and black shade nets with 45%~95%shading on grapevine fruit quality was investigated,using the wine grapes'Pinot Noir'from Mogao Winery in Wuwei City as the experimental materials.[Methods]:The experiment set up three treatments,green net with 4 stitches,black net with 4 stitches,and black net with 6 stitches,with an unshaded control.The effects of different treatments on the surface tem-perature and light intensity of'Pinot Noir'grape berries,as well as on the sugar,acid,pH value,and phenolic compounds of the berries were measured.[Results]The results showed that both green and black nets improved the microclimatic condi-tions of the grape berries,significantly reduced the average light intensity and the average daily temperature around the Pinot noir berries,and mitigated the drastic changes in extreme temperatures and light intensity;All three shading treatments had the effect of increasing acid and decreasing sugar,and significantly elevated the total flavonoids,total polyphenols and proan-thocyanidins content in grape berries,but reduced the total anthocyanin content,in which the black with 6-stitches shading net elevated the effect,while the green net with 4-stitches reduced the total anthocyanin by the least amount.[Conclusion]The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the fine control of grapevine metabolite accumulation and wine quality for-mation in the Hexi Corridor grape production area.
