[目的]进行新疆野苹果组织快繁试验,研究不同氮源浓度配比对其组培苗生长的影响,以期为新疆野苹果种质资源的保存、利用及其高效离体繁殖体系的建立提供科学依据和理论参考.[方法]试验以新疆野苹果组培苗为材料,设置T1(100%NO3-)、T2(75%NO3-+25%NH4+)、T3(50%NO3-+50%NH4+)、T4(25%NO3-+75%NH4+)、T5(100%NH4+)5个处理组,系统探究1/2MS培养基中硝态氮(NO3-)与铵态氮(NH4+)浓度配比对其离体生长、根系发育及生理特性的影响.[结果]氮源配比显著调控组培苗形态建成,其中T4处理在株高(20.01 cm)、根长(9.45cm)、根数(12条)叶片数(22片)以及叶片厚度(0.11 mm)方面表现最优.[结论]研究结果为新疆野苹果种质资源离体保存与高效快繁提供了氮营养优化方案.

[Objective]Tissue rapid propagation experiments of Malus sieversii(Xinjiang wild apple)were conducted to investigate the effects of different nitrogen source concentration ratios on its tissue culture growth,aiming to provide a scientific basis and theoretical reference for the conservation and utilization of Xinjiang wild apple germplasm resources as well as the es-tablishment of a high-efficiency in vitro propagation system.[Methods]Using tissue-cultured seedlings of Xinjiang wild apple as experimental material,five treatment groups were established:T1(100%NO-3),T2(75%NO-3+25%NH4+),T3(50%NO-3+50%NH4+),T4(25%NO-3+75%NH4+),and T5(100%NH4+).A systematic investigation was con-ducted to explore the effects of the concentration ratio of nitrate nitrogen(NO-3)to ammonium nitrogen(NH4+)in 1/2 MS medium on in vitro growth,root development,and physiological characteristics.[Results]The nitrogen source ratio signifi-cantly regulated the morphogenesis of the tissue-cultured seedlings.The T4 treatment demonstrated optimal performance in plant height(20.01 cm),root length(9.45 cm),root number(12),leaf number(22),and leaf thickness(0.11 mm).[Conclusion]These findings provide an optimized nitrogen nutrition strategy for the in vitro conservation and efficient rapid propagation of Malus sieversii germplasm resources.
