[目的]研究外源赤霉素和褪黑素处理后'长富2号'苹果果实糖酸含量及品质的变化,明确赤霉素和褪黑素对果实的影响,筛选出最佳处理方案,为提高'长富2号'果实品质提供科学依据和技术支持.[方法]以'长富2号'苹果为试验材料,于幼果期开始用50 mg·L-1、100 mg·L-1、200 mg·L-1 的赤霉素(Gibberellins,GA3)溶液和50 μmol·L-1、100 μmol·L-1、200 μmol·L-1的褪黑素(melatonin,MT)溶液进行叶面喷施,对照组为叶面喷施清水,研究其对苹果果实糖酸含量及品质相关指标的影响.[结果]适宜浓度的外源GA3和MT处理均显著提高了'长富2号'果实品质,其中,200 mg·L-1 GA3处理表现最为显著.与CK对照组相比,单果质量提升了17.20%;果实横径、纵径分别提升31%、17.7%,果肉硬度、脆度分别提高了9.72%、18.50%;蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、山梨醇、总糖含量均有提升;显著增强了果实着色效果、甜度值和糖酸比.[结论]采用200 mg·L-1的GA3 溶液对'长富2号'苹果进行叶面喷施,可显著提高其单果质量、色差、可溶性固形物质量分数等果实经济性状,提高苹果果实中蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、山梨醇和有机酸含量、增加糖酸比和果实甜度,进而提高果实品质.

[Objective]To study the changes of sugar and acid content and quality of'Nagano Fuji No.2'fruits after treat-ment with exogenous gibberellin and melatonin,to clarify the effects of melatonin and gibberellin,and to screen out the optimal treatment plan,so as to provide scientific basis and technical support for improving the quality of'Nagano Fuji No.2'fruits.[Methods]Using'Nagano Fuji No.2'as test material,Starting from the young fruit stage,use 50 mg·L-1,100 mg·L-1,200 mg·L-1 Gibberellins(GA3)solution and 50 μmol·L-1,100 μmol·L-1,200 μmol·L-1 melatonin(MT)solution for foliar spraying,and the control was foliar spraying of water,to study the effects on the sugar and acid content of apple fruits and quality-related indexes.[Results]Both exogenous GA3 and MT treatments at appropriate concentrations significantly im-proved the fruit quality of'Nagano Fuji No.2',with 200mg/L GA3 treatment showing the most significant performance.Compared with the CK control group,the quality of single fruit was enhanced by 17.20%;the transverse and longitudinal di-ameters of fruit were enhanced by 31%and 17.7%,respectively;the hardness and crispness of flesh were enhanced by 9.72%and 18.50%,respectively;the contents of sucrose,fructose,glucose,sorbitol,and total sugar were all enhanced;and the fruit coloring effect,the sweetness value,and the sugar-acid ratio were significantly enhanced.[Conclusion]Foliar spraying of'Nagano Fuji No.2'with 200mg/L GA3 solution significantly improved fruit economic traits such as single fruit quality,col-or difference,soluble solids content,increased sucrose,fructose,glucose,sorbitol,and organic acid content in apple fruit,in-creased sugar-acid ratio and fruit sweetness,and thus improved fruit quality.
