蒸汽热处理对毛竹材碳含量及化学组分的影响OA

Influences of steam heat treatment on carbon content and chemical composition of moso bamboo timber

为分析蒸汽热处理工艺下毛竹材碳含量及化学组分的响应机制,对蒸汽热处理前后的 5 年生毛竹材不同水平部位(竹青、竹肉外层、竹肉中层、竹肉内层、竹黄)碳含量及化学组分进行测定并比较,发现 120℃蒸汽热处理后不同水平部位毛竹材碳含量与化学组分变化呈现明显部位差异,竹青、竹黄部位碳含量略微升高,竹肉部位碳含量降低,其中竹肉中层变化幅度最大;纤维素含量在竹肉内层明显升高,其余部位均有不同程度降低;综纤维素含量在竹肉中层明显降低,其余部位仅发生少量变化;木质素含量除竹青部位几乎未降低外,其他部位均有明显降低.通过X射线衍射仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜等微观表征分析手段发现这一差异与各部位微观结构和化学组分分布,如不同水平部位维管束密度、孔隙率和半纤维素、木质素含量差异有关.

This study aims to investigate the response mechanisms of carbon content and chemical composition of moso bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis)timber to steam heat treatment.The carbon content and chemical constituents at different horizontal positions of 5-year-old moso bamboo(green epidermis,outer parenchyma,middle parenchyma,inner parenchyma and yellow layer)were measured and compared before and after treatment.It was found that after steam heat treatment at 120℃,significant differences were observed in the carbon content and chemical composition at different horizontal positions of the bamboo.Specifically,the carbon content slightly increased in the green epidermis and yellow layer of bamboo,while it decreased in the bamboo parenchyma,with the most pronounced change occurring in the middle parenchyma.The cellulose content significantly increased in the inner parenchyma but decreased to varying degrees in other parts.The holocellulose content markedly decreased in the middle parenchyma,with only minor changes in other parts.The lignin content decreased substantially in other sections except the green epidermis,where almost no reduction was detected.Microstructural and chemical characterization via techniques such as X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy revealed that these variations were associated with differences in vascular bundle density,porosity,and the distribution of chemical components such as hemicellulose and lignin across different horizontal positions.
